We offer tools and resources for special educators and others interested in increasing transition and career development opportunities for youth with and without disabilities.

Explore Habits of Work, a web-based employment skills curriculum designed for use with internships and other work-based learning experiences.

At Keene State we also offer:
  • periodic Transition Community of Practice (COP) meetings where people share knowledge and resources.  Join our Transition Community of Practice (COP) email list and receive several resource announcements a month. To join the email list, contact Steve Bigaj.
  • graduate level courses in transition planning and programming.
  • ACES a two-week summer residential program for high school students with LD/ADHD in collaboration with MCST and NH Vocational Education
  • Camp Vision a week long summer program for youth 10-14 with LD/ADHD in collaboration with national organization Project-Eye-to-Eye
  • Summer Link, a six week summer residential pre-college program for first-time college students--  . The purpose of Link is to expose students to the academic and social expectations of college in a supportive learning community.
Resources are offered by the School of Professional and
Graduate Studies in partnership with the Monadnock Center for Successful Transitions (MCST) at Monadnock Developmental Services (MDS).
